Online Attendance System

The purpose of this project is to design an online attendance system that is used for education institution by delivering attendance data of students to computer system. This project was implemented as an obligatory requirement to complete Software Engineering lecture in Istanbul Commerce University.

1.)Introduction:

Online Attendance System uses fingerprint technology. The fingerprint is used for definition of biometric, which is different hand line pattern each of person. The process definition of fingerprint starts by taking an image from optic sensor.




2.)Analysis:

By this project, the student approaches the fingerprint device and touches his finger to the reader under several constraints. If the matching is success under some constraints, its information is taken and it marks as present in that related lecture. Otherwise, end of the lecture session, the students is absent automatically.
